These terms apply when you engage SEO Monkey for a service. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing are set out in writing in your engagement summary.
Engagement. Month-to-month. No long-term lock-ins. Either party can end the engagement with 30 days written notice. We invoice monthly in advance. Ad spend (Google, Meta) is your responsibility and is paid direct to those platforms.
Deliverables guarantee. If we have not shipped the agreed deliverables in the first 30 days, the next invoice doesn't go out until we ship. Ad spend goes direct to Google or Meta, that's separate.
Ownership. Content and creative we produce for you is yours once paid. Underlying tools, templates and accounts that we own remain ours.
Liability. Our liability is capped at the fees you have paid us in the previous three months. We do not warrant any specific search ranking, ad performance or revenue outcome beyond what is in the deliverables list.
